A large flag flies at the top of a stone tower on Dragon Mountain, and the climb of several hundred steps rewards you with a view over the border and the Hmong villages below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The village of Lung Cu has stone houses and a local market, and the road to the tower passes through corn fields and flower terraces.
