The water originates from the peak of Fansipan and flows down into the Golden Stream, creating a cool environment even during the warmest months.<\/p>\n<p>Visitors follow a path through bamboo forests and rhododendron bushes to reach the base of the falls. The trail is approximately 1.5 kilometres long from the main entrance gate. The area is significantly cooler than Sapa town centre due to the high elevation and dense forest canopy.
