Hmong villages sit between the paddies, and the view changes with the season from silver water to green rice to gold at harvest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The valley is quiet apart from the road, and many visitors stay one night in a homestay to see the fields at sunrise.
