It stands on a hill above Phan Rang and is one of the best-preserved Cham sites in the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The towers are still used for ceremonies during the Kate festival, so dress modestly and respect worshippers. A visit takes 45 to 60 minutes.
