The sand is pale, and the bay is sheltered, so waves are usually gentle. Mornings are the best time to swim, before the heat and the crowds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Facilities are good: loungers, showers and drink stalls are easy to find. The beach is busy in the dry months from January to August, and the rainy season brings stronger waves in the autumn.
