A cliff of stacked hexagonal basalt columns beside the sea.
Ganh Da Dia is a stretch of coastline where basalt columns form stacked steps beside the waves. It is one of the most photographed places on the Phu Yen coast, and the pattern of the columns looks like a pile of plates.
The rocks can be slippery, and waves can be strong, so keep a safe distance. Come in the early morning or late afternoon for the best light. A visit takes 1 to 1.5 hours.
