A series of rapids over rock steps on the Nang River inside Ba Be National Park.
Dau Dang is a broad set of rapids and small falls on the Nang River, running over large steps of rock between forested banks. It lies about 3 km from the lake inside Ba Be National Park and is the most-visited waterfall in the park.
The water level changes a great deal between the dry and rainy seasons, so the view can look very different. In the rainy months the falls are wide and loud. In the dry season you can walk on the rocks between the channels. Allow about 45 to 60 minutes for the visit.
