A grey Gothic cathedral on a small hill, built in the early 1930s.
Nha Trang Cathedral, also called the Stone Church or Mountain Church, stands on a small hill in the city centre. The grey concrete and stone facade, tall bell tower and stained glass are in the Gothic style, and the church was built in the early 1930s under French rule. A few steps lead up to the entrance.
It is an active parish church, so dress modestly and avoid visiting during Mass. A short visit takes 20 to 30 minutes, and the view of the city from the front is a nice bonus.
