Active Cham temple towers built from the 8th century on a hill above the Cai River.
Po Nagar is a Cham temple complex dedicated to the goddess Yan Po Nagar. Several brick towers stand on a hill with views of the river and the sea, and the main tower is about 23 metres tall. The temples date from the 8th century, and it is still a place of worship.
Dress modestly and respect ceremonies. The complex is about 2 km from the centre of Nha Trang, and a visit takes 45 to 60 minutes.
