A boat ride through the 700 m-deep Tu San Canyon, below the Ma Pi Leng Pass.
The Nho Que River runs through Tu San Canyon, one of the deepest in Southeast Asia, with walls of about 700 m. A boat trip from the pier takes you through the green water between steep cliffs, with views up to the Ma Pi Leng Pass above.
The ride on the water lasts about 30 to 60 minutes and is calm in the dry season. It gives a very different view of the same scenery you see from the road, and it is a good break from riding.
