A white French colonial villa on the slope of Big Mountain, once a summer residence and now a small museum.
Bach Dinh, or the White Palace, was built by the French in the early 1900s as a summer residence for the governor-general of Indochina. Later it was used by Vietnamese leaders, and today it houses a small museum.
The house sits on a slope with a view of the sea. The facade and gardens are the main attractions, and the interior shows ceramics and furniture from the period.
